We loved the convenient location of this hotel, with easy access to transportation options like trams and buses, making it easy to travel from the airport. The hotel is just adjacent to the bus terminal, offering great convenience for travelers. the hotel is really close to the Old Town, great to explore the historic charm of this city effortlessly. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied, ensuring a great start to our day.

Enjoyed a lovely Christmas stay, with clean and spacious rooms. Conveniently located within a short walk to the Old Town and a quick taxi ride from the airport. The rooftop restaurant/lounge offered fine city views, making it a highlight of the stay.

The breakfast foods were often served cold, especially the eggs. the reception staff could benefit from friendlier and more cute attitudes, as they left a poor first impression.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the local attractions. It is also near the tram stop for the airport, providing easy access for travelers. Furthermore, the hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the historical charm of the area.

One negative aspect of the hotel is the elevator system, which may initially confuse guests. However, once they learn the trick of using the key card to operate the elevator, it becomes a minor inconvenience.

The restaurant served the most delicious foods, and their private facilities are just what you need for a romantic retreat. Cons: the only issue I found was a lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear my neighbors clearly, which affects privacy. this hotel is a gem with exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and perfect location advantages.
